Trip To The Derma
I went to my dermatologist this afternoon for a long delayed facial. It hurts like hell being pricked especially when my last visit for a facial was last year in April. Prices got high this year, it costs PHP1,200 now (facial) when it was PHP 900 before. Damn. My doctor told me to try the new skin care line thing so I readily said yes since I'm pretty much up for experimenting with my face :P The sample kit (left pic) cost PHP 1,200. Grah! It was a lot but i thought maybe its worth it. I checked the content when I got home and noticed that all the creams (acne cream, moisturizer and sunblock) were only HALF of the whole package/bottle. Daya! I wonder if its the same when I buy the real thing? Tsk tsk. Whatta waste of money for that. Let's see though if the products really work.
UPDATE ( 25 Sept. 2006 ):
So, I've been using the products since the last time I wrote about it. So far, it had been good. My pimple marks are disappearing thanks to the toner and I really like the sunblock. It's not greasy at all and my face felt smooth. The products have a nice scent as well but aren't facial products supposed to be fragrance-free? Anyway, I'm not complaining. Whenever I use the facial wash and the toner I feel really nice and clean. As for the zit remover, it works as well. My pimple dries out fast after a day or two. By the way, for those of you wondering where I got these, its from Dra. Grace Ty and her clinic is found in rm 487 of the Cardinal Santos Hospital in Greenhills.
Bottom line: This is a good product to try. But we all know that not all products works on everyone.
